Pointilism:

George Pierre Seurat, a French painter, introduced a systematic and scientific technique known as pointillism, in which small dots of different colors are grouped to create a sense of vibrancy, tending to interact and fuse in the spectator's eye, thus creating the image. Seurat himself refined it in later paintings, using less naturalistic colors and shapes and a theory of aesthetic harmony based on line as well as color.

This is the first evidence of the color process technique. Within the concept of this technique, electronically imaged dots creating shapes and lines which, when viewed or electronically scanned as a whole, result in the interpretation of information.

Wes has over 25 years experience ranging from sales and product management at Burroughs Business Forms, management of Business Development at Boise Cascade, VP of Wright Graphics, founder of Pointil Systems and Communication Packaging.

• Dan Dechynne, Customer Service Manager
  Dan has over ten years print industry experience within the manufacturer/distributor channel. He has held a cross section of responsibilities at Pointil Systems, including Customer Service, Shipping/Receiving, Warehouse Manager, and Purchasing Manager.
  
  
• Pat Pressley, Customer Service
  Pat has over ten years experience working with print distributors on a variety of products including forms, envelopes, labels, tags, and bar coding among other products. Pat previously worked as a CSR at Pacific Business Systems and Block Graphics, including 2 years as the pricing seminar instructor.
  
  
• Nancy Seid, Customer Service
  Nancy has over ten years experience working with print distributors on a variety of products including forms, tags, and bar coding among other products. Nancy previously worked at VSR and CBS Business Forms.

OPERATIONS:

• Geoff Birkemeier, Operations Manager
  Geoff oversees all operational activities including finance, information systems, and programming.
  
  
• Joyce Sherman, Accounting
  Joyce has over twenty-five years of accounting experience. Contact her regarding payables, receivables, establishing an open account, etc.
  
  
• Kris Maughan, Human Resources
  Kris is responsible for all employment activities and employee benefit programs. She has held a variety of positions within the Company.

PRODUCTION:

• Randy Webster, Production Manager
  Randy is responsible for all web and sheet fed production, including prepress. He has over fifteen years experience in the flexography and imaging.
  
  
• Kim Eisele, Graphics and Programing
  Kim is responsible for all aspects of Pre-Press production.  She manages all computer graphic requirements in addition to all programming applications for ion deposition, thermal transfer, and laser imaging equipment.  For over twenty-three years, Kim has worked in the printing industry.  She’s previously worked for Forms Service West, Sterling Business Forms, CBS Business Forms, and VSR Graphics.  Her experience includes graphic composition, programming, order entry, stripping, darkroom & camera, plate-making, and digital equipment operation.
