Construction Capabilities

Products are available in fanfold (with or without pinfeed line holes), cut sheet, and roll products. Fanfolded and cutsheet products are available in single or multiple web constructions (i.e. twinweb) as well as integrated format . Rolls are available in large or small diameters on 1" and larger cores.

DIE CUTTING:
Four die cut units are available. Multiple level die cutting for piggyback stock as well as liner die cutting is available. Member card, label, and special tag die cuts are available. Numerous magnetic cylinders available for magnetic dies.

PUNCH/PERF:
Standard and complex punching and perforating capabilities are available including pattern perforations such as member card and rolodex card designs are available.

LAMINATING:
Full or partial laminating is available on one or two sides. Mylar hole reinforcement is available.

MULTIPLE WEB:
Twinweb construction is available with hot melt and cold adhesives (for laser printing applications).

Dual web is a hybrid product. It consists of two joined materials (i.e. label material and form bond). Dual web construction provides the ability to:

1. Perform multiple tasks at the same time (i.e. print a packing list and the mailing label simultaneously).

2. Join parts of a set (i.e. a membership form with a plastic membership card).

3. Assure the matching of data in the two components.

4. Reduce supplies and processing costs.
