Pointil Systems manufactures a variety of card products including membership and ID cards, as well as scratch off cards and retail header cards.
Membership and ID cards:
These Cards
can be constructed as singles, card sets, and/or integrated in a carrier. Cards can be manufactured with 15mil PVC, 9pt paper/synthetic shim product, 100-150# tag, or a variety of coated paperboard and synthetic stocks.
Cards and/or sets can be variably imaged with bar coding and personalizing, and mailed. Pointil Systems is CASS certified for mailing applications.
Cards and/or card sets that will later be imaged are available in synthetic and paperboard
materials for laser cut sheet and continuous fanfold printer formats.
Applications include library cards, retail membership cards including video and club cards, prepaid
phone cards, identification cards, and employee ID cards.

Rack and Shelf header cards are available in synthetic and paper board stocks from 10 to 20mil thick. UV varnish or overlaminate is available. Die cutting, scoring, and punching are available.
Packaging Header cards are available in C1S paper board up to 20pt, with die cuts and scores, as well as heavy weight heat set or pressure sensitive labels. Variable imaging SKU data is available.
Scratch off cards are available on synthetic and paper board substrates. Variable imaging data can be imaged below scratch off areas for game and promotion products.
Specialty business/appointment cards and address cards are available for follow up appointments such as doctor, dentist, vet, or as a service reminder. The inset label can be removed and placed on a calendar. Can be manufactured for thermal transfer printing for computerized appointment generation.
Contact and/or address cards are available, either imaged with addresses supplied from a data file, or blank for ondemand printing.
Information cards are also available. The information may be preprinted or printed ondemand on site. Cards are available for all printers including laser, thermal, thermal transfer, and impact. Synthetic and paperboard materials are available.
Laser Cards are available in paperboard, synthetic, and composite (paper/synthetic/paper) materials.
